This was a lovely read and timely as it is Mental Health Month. As a reader with no medical background, I was obviously at a loss with the use of medical jargon but all the same loved the book’s informative nature. ADHD awareness over the years has always been seen different with the focus on the hyperactive part of it. I felt as if the book held space for people to understand that their emotions better and call for reflection before making hasty demands or decisions.
