There were no major plot twists and no suspense at any point, so, basically nothing to look forward to. However, it was fast-paced at least. Wes didn't have to die though.

WENCES OMONDI

The twist at the end how it all becomes a fairy Tale is a boomer.

Great book.Predictable but great. Scary when it's based on real events, sad that Wes died though.

First let me say this is the first BOM I have read before deadline.. one week to be precise. But I feel that outcome was known... there were no twists(I love thrillers with twists)... Will give it a 3 for the flow and ease to read.

I feel like the ending was predictable. I was reading to see how they went about the situation in the end but was not surprised at all. Just a typical kidnapping story. I love that it was fast paced though.

The story was good but Wes dying was not necessary, I found it weird that Rayna would still want a baby so badly after her experience(maybe still under the spell?) . Brent and Wes being on the right trail was a bit too convenient.

The story was great, had me on edge (especially when Miley was planning her escape from the cabin). There was no need for that extra 6 page read about Rayna though (that's just me and Fred but anyway 😂). Would recommend

Reading the BOM felt like being on an emotional rollercoaster. I've never read a book in one seating but I did this. The Author did a good job in keeping me interested from start to finish. Such a great read.

This book really triggered me and played with my emotions. I even thought about DNFing it. Not because it’s a bad book, but because of the intensity of the physical and emotional abuse. I imagined a thousand different ways of killing one of the characters, and trust me, I was extremely creative.
